Chocolate Chippers

I have a weakness for white chocolate. Granted, white chocolate has dairy (unless you have access to British Brand Moo Free which makes an unbelievable dairy free white chocolate). But as long as I offset this indulgence with healthy options like nutrient dense almonds, I feel satisfied and get in my healthy fats, fibre, and protein!




Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups almond flour 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup coconut sugar 1 egg 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 cup or more of white chocolate





Blend in mixer all but chocolate. Combine white chocolate. Drop onto silicon or parchment onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 to 15 minutes, then cool for 5 minutes.
