Easy Surf & Turf




The protein and healthy omega 3 fat content found in 🦞lobsters decreases inflammation within the body. Omega-3 fatty acids are vital for cholesterol balance and they also increase the production of prostaglandins, lipid-like compounds that can protect the body.

Lobster also boasts B12, supporting nerve cells 🧠, red blood cell formation, and DNA synthesis 🧬. Cobalamin cannot be synthesized by the human body but can be found in animal sources, such as lobster.

This dish took under ten minutes. I blanched the lobster while I air fried the broccoli with garlic 🥦and sunny ☀️fried the eggs 🥚, both in heart healthy avocado 🥑oil. Perfect blend of cruciferous fiber and protein cooked in fats.
