Did you know that jumping on a trampoline improves bone density (thereby preventing osteoporosis), strengthens every cell in the body, supports detox by enhancing lymphatic circulation, enhances immunity to ward off infection and to fight disease, and helps digestion and gut health? 

Rebounding also increases our G force (force resulting from gravity) which thus tones every bodily muscle and increases lymphocyte activity. Lastly jumping increases our metabolic rate resulting in weight loss and raises lung capacity and oxygen intake thus creating an aerobic environment inhospitable for anaerobic germs and rogue cells!
