1 cup almond flour
optional 1 pinch sea salt & 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 eggs
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
ghee or avocado / olive / coconut oil
Mix the ingredients and cook in a waffle iron. Add chocolate chips or blueberries or garnish if desired.
