Sunday Brunch perfection: sweet potato toasts topped with sliced avocado, cucumber, smoked salmon, poached egg, garnished with fresh herbaceous dill is whole 30 compliant, keto and paleo friendly, meatless, nut free, dairy free, sugar free, and grain and gluten free.


Roast the sliced sweet potato for 30 minutes at 350.

Cool and top with the accoutrements!
