The Chaffle: Cheesy Waffle


Chaffles are the latest craze. The simplest version is made of 1 egg and 1/2 cup of cheese. Can taste eggy, so there have been many variations. This is a delicious low carb keto friendly waffle made with eggs and melted cheese! Made in minutes and easily customizable.


Ingredients:

1 T almond or paleo flour

Egg

1 t baking powder

1 t vanilla

A shake cinnamon

1 cup shredded mozzerella cheese


1. Mix ingredients.

2. If desired, spray waffle iron with ghee/coconut oil for ease of removal.

3. Enjoy warm.
