The Power of Seafood


Did you know that seafood, especially fish roe and clams, have the highest anti angiogenic omega 3s to starve cancer? These foods prevent the growth of blood vessels so the microscopic tumors cannot develop further.









A Singapore study of 35,298 females found that consumption of a mere 3 ounces of seafood daily was associated with a 26% reduction in breast cancer.









The same EPIC study showed that eating three ounces or more of fish daily was associated with a 31% decreased risk in colon cancer.
